While we strive to ensure all information is accurate and up to date, Pryor Legacy Manor makes no guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, or availability of accommodations, amenities, or services at all times.

By booking a reservation and accessing the property, guests acknowledge and agree that Pryor Legacy Manor, its owners, affiliates, employees, and representatives shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the website, booking platform, property, or amenities.

Guests further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pryor Legacy Manor from any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, or legal actions arising from:
• Violations of these Terms & Conditions
• Improper use of the property
• Negligent or unlawful conduct during the stay
• Injuries or damages caused by guests or invitees

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from a reservation or stay shall be handled exclusively within the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Reservations & Payments

• All reservations must be secured with a valid credit/debit card.

• A deposit of 20% or full payment may be required at the time of booking.

• Rates are subject to change without notice until a reservation is confirmed.

• Applicable taxes and fees will be added at checkout.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: 3:00 PM

• Check-out: 11:00 AM

• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional fees.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival may be subject to partial or full charge.

• No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.

• Special event bookings may have stricter cancellation terms.

Guest Conduct & Property Use

• Pryor Legacy Manor is a luxury, peaceful retreat; we ask guests to respect the property and other guests.

• No parties or events are permitted without prior written approval.

• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

Occupancy Limits

Each room has a maximum occupancy limit. Exceeding this limit without approval may result in additional charges or termination of the stay without refund.

Smoking Policy

Pryor Legacy Manor is a non-smoking property.

• Smoking inside the home will result in a cleaning fee of $200.

Pets

Pets are not permitted.

Occupancy Limits

Each room has a maximum occupancy limit. Exceeding this limit without approval may result in additional charges or termination of the stay without refund.

Amenities & Services

• Complimentary amenities are provided as part of your stay; however, availability may vary.

• We strive to maintain all amenities in excellent condition but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.

Liability

Pryor Legacy Manor is not responsible for:

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings

• Injuries sustained on the property due to guest negligence

• Guests use the property and its amenities at their own risk.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather events, or government restrictions.

Privacy

Personal information collected during booking is used solely for reservation and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

Right to Refuse Service

Pryor Legacy Manor reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay for violations of these Terms & Conditions, with no refund issued.

Agreement

By completing your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
